In Toscana, a soli 2 km dal mare nella campagna di Riotorto, Terra Maestra è il nostro progetto di vita: un luogo semplice e autentico, dove la natura è protagonista e il tempo rallenta.
We are a family, Cristiana, Bruno and our daughter Bianca, e qui stiamo dando forma a un sogno: vivere la terra con rispetto e accogliere persone che cercano silenzio, bellezza e connessione con l’ambiente.
Tra un’uliveta che torna a vivere e un campo di lavanda che profuma l’estate, nascerà il nostro agricampeggio per tent-only agricamping is taking shape, an intimate and essential experience, rooted in the Tuscan countryside and caressed by the mild coastal climate.

Our Story
Different roots, one dream
Viviamo in Val di Cornia dal 2017. Prima abitavamo nel Mugello, ma le nostre origini sono un different lands and roots: Cristiana metà toscana e metà calabrese, Bruno metà siciliano e metà pugliese.
Il mare è sempre stato parte della nostra vita, ed è per questo che abbiamo scelto di vivere qui, dove la campagna incontra il blu e il clima è dolce tutto l’anno.
In 2023, we found this piece of land in Riotorto. Or perhaps, it found us. Here, we finally gave form to Terra Maestra: a dream patiently nurtured over time, born from a deep love for nature, the art of hospitality, and the care we believe every place and every person deserves.

Let the earth teach
Abbiamo scelto il nome Terra Maestra perchè we believe that the land is our true teacher. , non solo nell’imparare il mestiere di agricoltori, ma anche nella comprensione della vita. Coltivare significa osservare, attendere, sbagliare e riprovare.
Significa accettare i tempi naturali, ascoltare i segnali e riconoscere ciò che è essenziale.
This project was born from that understanding—from the choices we make every day and from the shared work of our entire family, rooted in respect, dedication, and love for the land that leads us.
Caring for the earth
Not farmers by birth, but by choice
We were not born farmers, yet the land has always called to us.
Cristiana è medico e si occupa di omeopatia e fitoterapia. E’ appassionata di piante, birdwatching, permacultura e biodiversità.
Bruno è insegnante di meditazione e Reiki, con un passato nel marketing. Ha una manualità straordinaria: molte delle strutture presenti in azienda sono state progettate e costruite da lui, e altre nasceranno per l’agricampeggio.
Together, we learned how to prune the olive trees, season after season, and today we care for them on our own. It is a shared learning, made of patience, practice, and deep respect—one that continues to root us ever more deeply in this place.
A land reborn
Uliveto, lavanda e biodiversità
Il nostro terreno è diviso in due parti:
The first first area ci sono la lavanda, l’ the lavender field recuperate, e l’orto. È qui che sorgerà il nostro (550 trees) patiently brought back to life and our vegetable garden. This is also where our agricamping for tents profumata. Recuperare l’uliveta vecchia è stato un lavoro intenso, fatto a mano e con pazienza, ma anche di grande soddisfazione. Oggi produciamo our own extra virgin olive oil, the pure expression of care, patience, and respect for every single tree.
In 2024, after removing an old vineyard that could no longer be saved, we planted 1,300 lavender seedlings, one by one. From this field will come essential oils, fragrant sachets, and other creations, Abbiamo inoltre realizzato un grande orto recintato, un frutteto con varietà antiche e condividiamo questo spazio con due coniglietti olandesi, che ci regalano allegria, dolcezza e…ottimo concime per il terreno!
The second part of our land lies about two kilometers away. Here, 450 young olive trees l’anno scorso, ancora giovani e non in produzione, e 1,5 ettari di abandoned woodland. In the future, we dream of bringing this forest back to life and opening it up to be enjoyed and shared, with walking paths, observation points, and educational panels telling the story of the local flora and fauna. This land is not just cultivated. It is lived, listened to, and slowly grown together with us.
A family project
Growing together, every day
Terra Maestra è cresciuta anche grazie al lavoro condiviso e al supporto prezioso dei genitori di Cristiana, soprattutto nei momenti più impegnativi.
Anche Bianca partecipa con entusiasmo alla vita dell’azienda: si occupa delle semine di legumi e patate, prepara talee di lavanda e impara, passo dopo passo, cosa significa prendersi cura della terra e degli esseri viventi.
L’Agricampeggio Terra Maestra
Sleeping under the stars, waking up in the stillness
Il prossimo passo del nostro percorso sarà l’apertura dell’agricampeggio Terra Maestra, immerso nell’uliveta e di fronte al campo di lavanda. Sarà costituito da 12 pitches, for tents only.
A space designed to breathe, to pause, and to simply be.
This is a place for those who cherish:
– la semplicità
– il silenzio
– le notti stellate
– i risvegli lenti, accompagnati dal canto degli uccelli
Siamo a pochi minuti dal mare, ma lontani dal rumore. Qui il protagonista è il paesaggio.
